This came from a reflection which I shared on facebook 3 years ago after Feldenkrais lesson:
"It is such a deeply ingrained habit to rush into "fixing" challenges (it could be a difficult passage in music, a physical discomfort like shoulder pain, or conflicts in human relationships), which only makes one overlook the challenges and prolong the struggle. It is not worth it, but I still find myself falling into the conditioned path of harshness again and again. Yet my heart knows that difficulties are but doors to deeper knowledge in disguise, and all I have to do is to knock the door gently and lovingly, with the curiosity for the unknown. Good night."
